Our return policy is valid when a product has defects in design, materials, workmanship or being past its expiry date after the products were delivered. Claim should be made within 48 hours from time of delivery.
We are happy to offer credit, exchange or replacement on the returned products within seven days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a credit on your account, an exchange or a refund and we will get in touch with you.
Packages Returned or Refused
Once an order has been shipped it is considered to be a completed transaction and is subject to our standard return policy. If you have any claim regarding the Package, please communicate with us asap (or within 48 hours), a member of Spamiles team will take your enquiry and may visit you personally. Refusing a package from the courier may cost you extra shipping & Handling.
Claims and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of reception of the order.
